What painting products are used in the Belly Painting Session?
All products used in the session are skin safe FDA approved bodypaints. They do not affect the skin in a negative way and are safe for the baby. The paint is highly pigmented but is intended for skin and used for facepainting and bodypainting.
How is the experience of being photographed during the Belly Painting session?
The park photography session aims to capture the experience of being belly painted and the enjoyment of the session. For the park session we walk to Theatre Grec which is full of nice trees and the theatre itself is a great backdrop. I take natural looking poses first of mother and belly painting and secondly of the couple. For the studio photography things are more contained as we make the painting and the photography session in the same room, the light is more controlled but we also focus on different poses to make the mother look and feel great.
How to choose your belly painting ?
Your belly painting is personal to you and you can choose from a wide range of ideas, try looking at this Pinterest board to help you. You can choose easily when you pick a theme and then decide the best belly painting for you on the day of the session.
What is the location of the session ?
The location of the session depends on the type of photography you choose. If you would like park photography, we first will make the belly painting in my home then walk to Teatre Grec which is 10 minutes away. The Bodypaint session takes place in Cameleo Photo studios in El Born. If you have a park or outdoor space close to your home and prefer it we can arrange the session to be there.
When will I recieve my photos?
You will recieve your photos in one week via WeTransfer and download them with one click. You will recieve two messages, one with all the photos and another with 10 edits. It takes time to choose the 10 best images from the 200 images we take so usually people prefer that I choose for you. If you would prefer to choose the 10 edits please tell me in advance and the processing of the full edits will be faster.
